For Violet, translating these meditations became a deeply personal journey of reconnecting with Spanish, her first language, after many years of rarely speaking it.

I am a Norwegian woman, living in Norway, my first language is Norwegian. I wanted to share with you, my poems , a few of them, spoken and sung in my language, and aiming at gifting you an experience foreign to your everyday life, if you´re not Norwegian that is!

These six poems are accompained by my music, also channelled . They are melodies and ambience and a message for your Soul from My Soul.

The message is this:

Live your Life to the fullest just because you are you!

There are no written lyrics to these, as they are channelled, and some of the poems are mantras, ciruclar poems. The aim for this journey is that the important thing is not to hear exactly every word, but rather feel the energy of them. Energy is everything and everything is energy. All are connected, connection is everything. Mitakoye oiyasin.

The art illustrating the days of this journey is a watercolour I channelled in 2017. It has no name, and so I leave it to you to find the meaning. As in all the art coming through me.
