The Life Story Jar

By Jo Parfitt

Your memories, experiences, defining moments and crazy incidents are important – they show who you are and yet the task of writing a full-length memoir, is a mountain too high to climb. So, what if you could learn how to write about the things that have shaped you in the most compelling way? What if you could write them, not to be published, but as a legacy for your family? This is the core of the Life Story Jar course. Based on the concept of Kintsugi, a porcelain jar that has been broken, just as we can be broken by some of our experiences, and put back together again, just as we manage to pick ourselves up and start again. Kintsugi shows that pieces are mended with golden glue and rendered more precious. I believe that our stories represent the pieces and the sharing of those stories is the golden glue. This programme of 50 individual lessons will guide you towards writing your own pieces and building them into a unique and priceless collection. Each lesson begins with inspiration and practical tips and ends with an example of my own writing on the very same topic. So dive in and try it for yourself.

The Turning of the Light

The Turning of the Light

By James Anthony Walker

The solstices mark two great turning points in the year: the longest day and the longest night.

At the Summer Solstice, light reaches its fullest expression and begins its gradual return toward darkness. At the Winter Solstice, darkness reaches its deepest point, and the light begins again.

The Turning of the Light brings these two moments together in a pair of extended musical journeys. Together, they invite reflection on the rhythms of nature, the movement between outwardness and inwardness, and the quiet truth that even at the furthest point in one direction, the turning has already begun.

A contemplative journey through light, darkness, stillness, renewal, and the ancient seasonal cycle that holds them all.

Chirping Birds - Morning Rise Binaural Beats

By Fahim Farook

Birds waking up on a French morning, with a subtle tone underneath to help you wake up. This track uses a recording of birds waking up early in the morning in France, paired with a tone designed to ease your mind into a brighter, more awake state. It's built for a 28-minute session, with a gradual 8-minute rise at the start so your mind has time to come up to speed rather than being jolted into it.

A quick note on how to use it: press play when you're ready to start shaking off sleep, not partway through — the opening minutes are where the shift happens, so starting from the beginning matters. It works best with headphones, since the effect depends on each ear hearing a very slightly different tone, but for people who find headphones uncomfortable, there are a couple of variants that might help.

For the curious: this is an 18 Hz beta binaural beat on a 420 Hz carrier tone. It opens at 10 Hz and glides up to 18 Hz over the first 8 minutes, then holds there for the remainder of the 28-minute session.

Ocean - Unwind Binaural Beats

By Fahim Farook

A day at the beach, waves rolling in, with a subtle tone underneath to help you unwind. This track uses a recording of ocean waves crashing on the shore, paired with a tone designed to ease your mind into a calmer, more relaxed state. It's built for a 30-minute session, with a gentle glide at the start so your mind has time to settle rather than being dropped straight into it.

A quick note on how to use it: press play when you're ready to start winding down, not partway through — the opening minutes are where the shift happens, so starting from the beginning matters. It works best with headphones, since the effect depends on each ear hearing a very slightly different tone, but for people who find headphones uncomfortable, there are a couple of variants that might help.

For the curious: this is a 10 Hz alpha binaural beat on a 400 Hz carrier tone. It opens at 12 Hz and glides down to 10 Hz over the first 5 minutes, then holds there for the remainder of the 30-minute session.

A Day Of Calm - Reconnect To The Calm Within From Morning To Night

By Clare Downham

Calm is not something you have to create or earn. It is already here, underneath the noise of the day. This gentle journey takes you through three guided meditations, one for the morning, one for the middle of the day and one for the evening. Each rooted in a 3 Principles understanding of how experience is created from the inside out.

Through breath, body awareness, appreciation, presence and allowing, you are invited to remember how good it feels to come home to yourself. There is nothing to fix or solve here, only a simple raising of your energy and a return to your natural wellbeing.

September 2026 - Exhaustion to Perfection

September 2026 - Exhaustion to Perfection

By Kerri Hummingbird Sami

September picks up exactly where August left off — mid-surrender — and carries you from depletion all the way to fine-tuned alignment.

It opens still inside Gene Key 40. The rest from August's close continues, but now it has to mature: real rest ripens into resolve, not gritted-teeth effort but genuine willingness to re-engage from a full cup instead of an empty one.

Once you're rested, the mind starts stirring. Gene Key 64 brings confusion — fragments, half-formed thoughts, old images surfacing with no clear order. This isn't a problem to solve; it's raw material. The gift is imagination: letting those loose pieces recombine until they resolve into a flash of illumination.

But not everything that surfaces is neutral. Gene Key 47 names what happens when unprocessed material calcifies into a story — oppression, the felt weight of your own past or inherited patterns. The invitation is transmutation: not fixing the past, but metabolizing it, so old suffering becomes usable wisdom instead of a life sentence.

With that weight lighter, Gene Key 6 turns you toward other people. Whatever got transmuted inside gets tested outside — old reflexes toward conflict, defensiveness, needing to be right. The gift is diplomacy: not avoidance, not compromise, but the emotional intelligence to find real peace with the people around you.

Once there's peace on the outside, Gene Key 46 invites you back into your body. The shadow is seriousness — treating life, and yourself, too heavily, forgetting the body is itself a place of grace. The gift is delight, ripening into ecstasy: the recognition that simply being alive, in this exact body, is already enough.

September closes with Gene Key 18, the archetype of correction. Having rested, imagined, transmuted, made peace, and delighted, what's left is refinement — noticing what's still slightly off and adjusting it, not from harsh judgment but from care. The gift is integrity: aligning action with what you now know. The siddhi is perfection — not flawlessness, but everything finally in right relationship with everything else.

Where August moved you from forgetting into surrender, September moves you from surrender into a rested, clear, healed, at-peace, well-aligned life.
