The Invisible You
There is more to you than the part you can see.
We spend so much of our lives caring for our physical body, while easily forgetting that we are energetic beings too. Your energy moves through you and around you. It responds to the people you meet, the places you enter and the experiences you have.
You may not always be able to see your energy, but you can often feel when something has changed. You might feel scattered, depleted, heavy, disconnected from yourself, or simply not quite like you.
And sometimes you don't need to understand or process everything that's happening. Sometimes your energy simply needs care.
The Invisible You is an invitation to come back to some of the essential practices of energy care.
We begin by connecting, bringing your awareness to the energy that moves within and around you. From there, you'll explore the natural flow of energy through your body, learn a simple practice for clearing and balancing your energetic system, deepen your connection with the earth through grounding, and finally strengthen the energetic field you carry with you into the world.
Each practice builds on the one before it, moving you from connection, to awareness, to clearing, grounding and protection.
These are simple practices, but their effects can be profound. They can help you feel clearer, more grounded, connected and present within yourself.
Begin at the beginning and move through the Journey in order, or return to the individual practices whenever you feel you need them.

A Journey To Sleep
When you step into this journey, you will discover a collection of meditations, created to assist you to slip into slumber.
So often when our head hits the pillow and our bodies are craving rest, our mind is still busily ruminating over the day we just had, or even taking a deep dive into the past and the future. At other times we find ourselves waking in the early hours, our mind busy and our body now restless, unsettled.
Each of these meditations will guide you to both relax your body and calm your mind, and gently ease you into a sleepy state.
Before you begin your journey, make sure you have done everything that you need to do for the day, so that when the meditation ends there is nothing you need to do....but sleep!

Calm Is Here Right Now
This is for you if calm always seems to be just out of reach, something you'll get to once the inbox is empty, the list is done, or everyone else starts behaving a bit better. It's for anyone who has tried meditation, gratitude journaling or other practices to feel calmer, and found it never quite sticks. And it's a gentle way in if you're curious about the Three Principles understanding but not sure yet what that even means.
Across three short lessons, we look at where calm really comes from, and why it isn't the world around us, or anyone in it, that takes it away. We look at a heated argument cut short by a visitor at the door, at what actually happens in the body when anger rises, and at how a day of overthinking and overwhelm can pass the same way clouds pass across an unchanging sky. There's nothing to practise here and nowhere you need to get to. Just a chance to notice something that was already true.
By the end, you'll have a simpler way of meeting your own overthinking and overwhelm, one that doesn't depend on anything outside you changing first. You'll understand why feelings come from thought rather than from whatever's happening around you, and why that means calm is never as far away as it can feel. Most of all, you'll come away not just with an idea, but a real sense that calm is here right now, underneath whatever noise today has brought.

Coming Home to Calm: An Inside-Out Journey
Coming Home to Calm: An Inside-Out Journey is for anyone who feels like they're doing everything right and still can't quite catch their breath. Driven, caring professionals and business owners. People who've spent years trying to fix, manage or improve their way to calm, and are ready for something different.
This is a gentle grounding in an understanding that changes everything: the Three Principles behind Mind, Consciousness and Thought. You'll explore how your experience of life is actually created (hint: it's not your circumstances), how to tell the difference between brain chatter and real inner wisdom, and what it means to rest in a quiet that's already there beneath the noise, not one you have to build. Each lesson is paired with an integration meditation, so the understanding has space to settle rather than stay in your head.
This isn't a mindset tool or a productivity hack. There's nothing to practise and nothing to get right. By the end, you won't have a new set of strategies. You'll have a different relationship with your own thinking, and a quieter, steadier way of meeting whatever life brings.
If you're new to the Three Principles, this is the place to begin.

Release, Receive, Restore: A Journey into Healing
This three-part journey gently guides listeners through the process of release, healing, and integration. We begin by identifying and letting go of what may be standing in the way of healing—old emotions, experiences, beliefs, or patterns we are ready to release. From that more open space, listeners are invited to connect with the frequency of love and explore its potential as a powerful source of healing. The journey concludes with a peaceful musical meditation, offering space to rest, reflect, and allow the experience to settle into the body and heart.

Healing Mantras Part 2
Gayatri mantra
Part Two of Healing Mantras begins with the oldest mantra known to humanity. The Gayatri mantra. This mantra is an ancient Sanskrit prayer from the Vedas, traditionally offered to the divine light of the sun. It asks for wisdom, clarity and guidance, helping us to awaken our inner light and live with greater awareness.
Prayer For All Beings - Amitabhaya mantra
The second mantra Prayer For All Beings - Amitabhaya mantra combines the traditional mantra with English words offered in remembrance of those who have passed, expressing love, gratitude and a wish for peace and comfort for departed loved ones. Amitabha is the Buddha of infinite light and compassion.
Green Tara mantra
The third mantra Green Tara mantra is a Buddhist embodiment of compassion in action, courage and protection. Her mantra calls upon her swift and fearless energy to help us move through fear, difficulty and obstacles with an open heart.
The Beauty Way - Maha mantra
As we complete our journey with the fourth mantra, The Beauty Way – Maha mantra offers a joyful expression of gratitude for the Dharmakaya path — the path of truth, compassion and awakening. Healing Mantras Part 1
Pavamana Mantra
Healing Mantras Part One, begins with the ancient Pavamana Mantra — a purifying prayer for spiritual transformation. It guides us from illusion towards truth, from darkness into light, and from limitation towards the limitless.
Medicine Buddha
The second mantra is the Medicine Buddha mantra, from the Tibetan Buddhist tradition. It invokes the compassion and boundless wisdom of the Medicine Buddha, who is associated with healing all forms of suffering. Addressed directly to him, this heartfelt prayer asks for healing and purification on every level of our being — from the physical body to the spiritual mind — and offers a pathway towards greater clarity, peace and wellbeing.
White Tara
White Tārā is a revered female Buddha in the Tibetan Buddhist tradition, embodying kindness, healing, long life and compassionate wisdom. She is often called the “Mother of all Buddhas” because she represents pure, caring wisdom from which awakening grows. With her seven eyes, she is said to see the suffering of all beings and respond with compassion. Her presence reminds us to care for ourselves and others, while offering guidance and support on the path towards healing and enlightenment.
Om Sri Lakshmi Mantra - Open to Receive
Completing the journey through these four mantras, we arrive at a joyful celebration of life, gratitude and abundance, with an invocation and prayer to Goddess Lakshmi. Inspired by the Sanskrit mantra and woven with English words of abundance, this song welcomes Lakshmi’s blessings with flow and ease — a joyful reminder of the prosperity, generosity and beauty within us. Abundance is not only about material wealth, but also the wellbeing, spiritual richness, love and generosity we share with others.

Love For Your Body is the First Step
Many of us heard a couple of messages about our bodies early, and they were repeated all our lives until they felt like truth.
The first came from religion. Your body is to be covered, tamed, shamed, disavowed: the source of sin. I was told as a girl that my own body could cause other people to sin, and their sin would be my fault.
The second came from society and culture. Your body is never enough. Never thin enough, smooth enough, fit enough, pretty enough to be appreciated and loved as it is.
So we learned to treat our own bodies as objects, or worse, adversaries. We fought so hard to shape our precious bodies into some ideal: thinner, stronger, prettier.
The truth is, your body is you, and at the same time is your best friend and your greatest ally. It holds the wisdom of the ages in every cell. Being in harmony and communication with your body is a spiritual path to crafting a well-loved life.
This journey is a step toward that relationship. Listening to Your Body helps you tune in and create two-way communication with every part of you, listening for the messages and the mutual love your body has for you. Loving Appreciation for Your Body follows the same path in appreciation, an outpouring of respect and kindness we can learn to live in always, not only during a meditation session. The third piece is channeled and helps unravel the difference between performing confidence and actually feeling it.
