Windows of Wisdom
This program journey, “Windows of Wisdom” will bring us to a fuller understanding of Wisdom as an active force in our lives. It will serve both as an introduction to anyone who is relatively new to Wisdom and its transformation and as well as a review for those who have been on this path for some time.
In this journey I continue to plow the field of Wisdom’s transformation. Not only will we continue to address such questions as, “what does this transformation look like?” and “how specifically do I more fully and deeply live into it?”—but also, “how can I assist and support others in their own Wisdom transformation?” More than adding to the content of information (which would need to be run through the intellectual mind), we will be more concerned with acknowledging what participants already deeply know and integrating this more thoroughly in order to more intentionally live out of these realities.
These ten recordings—each about 25 minutes—build on each other in a progressive manner and are best received sequentially.

Feeling Stuck? Start Here - 5 Clarity Chats
There are times when you know you want something to change, but you can’t seem to get moving.
You may be overthinking a decision, feeling weighed down by several things at once, or simply unsure which part of your life actually needs your attention. What looks like procrastination or lack of motivation may have more going on underneath it.
Feeling Stuck? Start Here brings together a collection of 5 short talks to help you slow the spin, recognize what may be contributing to that stuck feeling, and see your situation from a different perspective.
Across the Journey, you’ll explore what happens when life starts to feel like one big pile, why overthinking can sometimes feel safer than taking action, how uncertainty can make decisions harder, and why knowing what you don’t want can actually give you useful information.
You’ll also be reminded that forward movement doesn’t require a perfect answer or a complete plan.
Sometimes the most useful next step is simply to understand what’s happening, separate what actually needs your attention, and choose one small move from there.
You can listen from beginning to end or return to the recordings that feel most relevant when you need them.
No big overhaul required. Just a place to start.

The Clutter Pattern You Keep Repeating — What It’s Really About
Clutter isn’t just about habits — it’s about history.
In this course, you’ll explore the emotional roots behind why certain items feel harder to release and why clutter often resurfaces during life transitions.
We’ll look at inherited beliefs about money and value, control as a safety strategy, identity shifts that freeze through objects, scarcity thinking, regret, and how fear subtly influences decisions.
This course stands on its own — whether you’re new to this work or continuing a deeper journey. There are 2 other Clutter Series Journeys you may want to check out. Why Clutter Keeps Showing Up — It's Not About the Stuff and Getting Organized, From Insight to action
After this course, you’ll walk away understanding:
• Why your relationship with stuff was learned
• How emotional protection can shape your space
• Why transitions impact clutter
• And how to move forward without erasing who you’ve been
No shame.
No extreme minimalism.
Just insight, perspective, and sustainable change.

Quiet the Inner Critic
That critical voice can show up so quickly that you may not even notice it at first. It sounds like “I should have…,” “Why can’t I…,” “I’m not enough,” or the running commentary that turns one difficult moment into a judgment about yourself.
Quiet the Inner Critic journey helps you notice that voice before automatically believing it. Through short talks, everyday examples, and a simple forgiveness practice, you’ll explore where some of those judgments show up, how the language of “should” adds pressure, and what it can look like to respond to yourself differently.
This isn’t about pretending every thought is positive or trying to silence part of yourself. It’s about separating useful information from criticism, questioning the stories that keep repeating, and practicing a more supportive way of talking to yourself.
You can move through the Journey in order or return to the pieces you need when that familiar critic gets especially loud.

Taking Care of Everyone Else: What We Feel But Never Say
Taking care of everyone else is costing you something, and nobody is talking about it.
This course, Taking Care of Everyone Else: What We Feel But Never Say, is for the person who found themselves taking care of everyone else without fully choosing it, and has been quietly carrying more than anyone around them realizes. The thoughts you are afraid to admit, the feelings you have been told you shouldn't have, the situations nobody prepares you for, and the quiet question underneath all of it — when did I become last on my own list?
For me, this arrived in the middle of an already full life — sandwiched between ageing parents who need more from me with each passing season, a teenager who needs me in completely different ways, and my own goals and dreams that I am working very hard not to lose. If that sounds familiar, you are exactly who I wrote this for.
You love them, it is costing you, and nobody prepared you for this.
Here is what to expect. As we move through these 25 sessions together, my intention is for you to feel heard, your experience acknowledged, and that feeling of doing this alone to start to ease. I will share the things most people are thinking, but nobody says out loud, and I have placed three Guided Journeys at key turning points in the course to help you release what the teaching sessions bring up.
This is a no-nonsense, tell-it-like-it-is space, and I am right there in it with you.
Special note: This course is not therapy or clinical mental health support. If anything we cover brings up something that feels bigger than you can sit with alone, please reach out to a licensed professional. You deserve that support.
I'll meet you in Session 1!

Old Patterns Keep Repeating: I Thought I’d Already Dealt With This (Clarity Series 2)
I Thought I’d Already Dealt With This
Why change brings the old stuff back up, and how to stay steady instead of getting pulled off course.
When life shifts, even in a good way, familiar thoughts and old stories have a way of resurfacing. It can feel like sliding backward right when something new is forming. It isn’t going backward. It’s being in the middle of change, somewhere between what was and what’s forming.
This journey works as a stand-alone or as the second in the clarity series, following When Nothing Is Wrong — But Something Feels Off. It walks through the quiet pitfalls that tend to show up during change, as signals to understand rather than problems to fix. Each session offers simple explanations, real-life examples, and a little room to reflect, so you can keep moving forward without losing your footing.
In this journey, you’ll explore:
How to do an honest check-in on where you are now, not where you think you should be Why old stories resurface right when something new is forming How staying busy can be a way to feel better rather than move forward How to tell when self-talk is steadying you and when it’s just reacting How to let your next step take shape without forcing a plan

Dear New Day
Dear New Day is a journey that is a reminder to be grateful for each new day. That there is always something to be thankful for. From the moment you awake to the end of the day, when all decisions have been made and there is no turning back, you know that you shined your light. That you made a difference. That you opened your heart to beauty. You did not let this day pass you by in a quest for a perfect tomorrow and recognized the blessings and lessons that were presented to you.
Please see accompanying affirmations that can be read before or after each meditation to reinforce your journey experience.

When Nothing is Wrong – But Something Feels Off
Maybe nothing is obviously wrong. Life may even look fine from the outside. Yet, something feels off — heavier than it should, harder to sort, or quietly out of alignment. This feeling can be hard to explain — even to yourself.
When Nothing Is Wrong — But Something Feels Off is a five-session course for slowing down before jumping into fix-it mode. Instead of treating the feeling as one giant problem, you'll separate the different areas of your life, notice what's actually asking for your attention, and listen to what's underneath the need for an answer.
In this course, you'll explore:
why feeling stuck or off is often about capacity, not motivation how overwhelm can make everything feel like the problem why pushing for answers often backfires how the inner critic shows up during uncertainty how to move forward without needing full certainty first
The companion workbook gives you space to rate, sort, journal, notice patterns, and capture what becomes clearer as you move through the course. A post-course check-in helps you return to the process later when that “something feels off” feeling shows up again.
This Journey is not about overhauling your life. It’s about understanding what is happening before you decide what — if anything — needs to change, then choosing one small step forward from there.

Working With The Hindrances To Meditation
There are five common factors that were recognised by the Buddha that got in the way of people's spiritual practice and hindered their growth. 2,500 years later that is still the case. We're human.
By becoming aware of these hindrances increases your likelihood of success in establishing a regular meditation practice.

Journey Into Grace
Everyday brings opportunities for us to show up with grace, decorum and gentleness. We all want to be that person who handles difficult situations with poise, politeness, and a willingness to be fair and thoughtful. You may ask yourself how a particular person would handle a disagreement, counter an argument, or bring calm to a loved one. Do you know someone like this in your life who you would like to emulate? Who inspires you to rise above the fray? Maybe somebody already looks at you from afar and think of you as that person? We all want to find that middle ground between softness and strength and my wish is that this journey will support you in this. We are all a work in progress!

Mindfulness for Real Life
Finding a little more space in the everyday
Mindfulness for Real Life is a space to share meditations designed to navigate the thoughts, feelings and experiences that come with being human.
Rather than asking us to empty our minds, escape our worries or achieve a particular state of calm, these meditations offer a practical and compassionate way to meet ourselves where we are. They explore the challenges we recognise in everyday life — overthinking, feeling overwhelmed, getting caught up in difficult emotions, struggling with uncertainty or simply finding it hard to slow down.
The approach is conversational, accessible and grounded in real experience. There is no expectation to get it right, and no need to become someone who never worries, thinks too much or feels unsettled.
Instead, the intention is to develop a little more awareness, acceptance and space in the way we experience life — helping us respond with greater clarity, kindness and perspective.

Finding Your Wisdom Voice
All of us have lived through those occasions on which someone has asked us about our pursuit of, and interest in, Wisdom. Instead of giving a comprehensive and articulate explanation of Wisdom and our involvement in it, we struggled with how to convey our experience. Why, we have wondered, is this so hard to explain…?
Wisdom is like nothing else we have ever studied or encountered. From our first exposure, we all intuited its life-changing possibilities. And rather than a learning of some completely new field or discipline, our exposure to Wisdom’s teachings has mostly been a recognition of something we had already deeply known, but which we couldn’t ourselves bring forth or quite articulate.
There is no Wisdom curriculum that can learned and then parroted. Wisdom’s way of knowing must necessarily be experientially taken into the whole of our being and lived as our own. But in this process, it is the articulation of this truth and the sharing of this experience that actually feeds and furthers the integration itself.
We must remember that in order for Wisdom to have its full weight and heft, it must be worked through the integrity and authenticity of our complete personhood—including our bodies, our blood, and our being. In this sense, then, it must be fully ingested and metabolized, in order to be meaningfully shared. Regardless of this challenge or maybe because of it, I do think it is important that this dynamic and other related processes be shared within our Wisdom community. And that is precisely why I am offering this program.
Ultimately the purpose of having a teacher is not for us to stay forever a student ourselves. The purpose of having a teacher is for us to find and encourage our own inner teacher. That doesn’t mean that we will cease being students or, perish the thought, stop learning; but it does mean that there is a time for listening and learning, and there is a time for us to step forward, to find our Wisdom voice, and to express this truth through the words and actions of our lives. That is what this virtual program seeks to assist us to do.
Using the teaching points of “The Prophet” by Kahlil Gibran as a launching point, we will cover the topics and issues raised there from a Wisdom perspective. Written in 1923 and since translated into more than one hundred different languages, “The Prophet” is a book that many of us grew up with.
This program was recorded in the fall of 2020, when we were very much in the uncertainty of the pandemic. At the time, I myself was going through some important transitions that are alluded to in this material. Although some of the topics discussed in this program touch on events, both global and personal, that were currently happening, my hope is that the reflections will not be limited or constrained by this lens.
There are 21 sequential recordings in this journey. I am grateful to be traveling it with you!

Wisdom Mentoring: A Journey to Love
This virtual journey program, “Wisdom Mentoring: A Journey to Love,” is a sequential series of fifteen recordings, each of which runs about 25 minutes.
Initially seen as a formal way of working to enhance another’s healing and spiritual growth, Wisdom Mentoring turns out to be distinctively different than other approaches, such as psychotherapy, coaching, and spiritual direction. Based on a Wisdom-oriented orientation to human life and purpose, Wisdom Mentoring assists another to grow into the fullness of their own specific and unique being.
But more than just formal way of assisting and accompanying another through their own Wisdom transformation, Wisdom Mentoring carries the key to unlocking the door to a deeper understanding and appreciation of love and caring. It, therefore, represents a call to us all.
