Personal stories of unexpected signs, everyday wonders and new possibilities.

Sometimes the smallest or most unexpected experiences can stay with us, make us pause and invite us to see life differently.

I invite you to explore the meaning we find in life's unexpected moments — and what they might open up for us.

Samhain Celebration

By Jessica Inman

This is a five-day celebration of the Celtic festival of Samhain with meditations and exercises to connect with the energy of the season. Occuring on the 1st of November in the Northern Hemisphere, and the1st of May in the Southern Hemisphere, Samhain marks the beginning of the winter and the beginning and end of the Celtic year. The third of the three Celtic harvest festivals, at Samhain, we turn our energy inwards for the winter and acknolwedge the ancestors who lived before us and the mysteries of the unseen realms.

During the course, we'll explore some ways to celebrate Samhain, we'll look at some Ayurvedic techniques to supporrt your body and mind over the winter, we'll practice a meditation exploring the spaces between our breaths, and we'll do some reflection and meditation exercises connected to the season. Samhain is a time to pause and reflect, and to explore the mysteries of the spirit world and the inner world, and this course is intended to bring you inspiration and joy at this time.

The Midlife Awakening: From Menopause to Empowerment

By Dea Bozzo

Menopause is more than a physical transition. It can also be an invitation to pause, reflect, and reconnect with who you are becoming.

This journey invites you to explore midlife not as a crisis, but as an awakening—a time to release old patterns, embrace change, and rediscover your inner strength.

Through guided meditations, self-compassion practices, and gentle tapping techniques, you'll be supported in navigating the emotional and physical changes of menopause, calming your nervous system, and cultivating greater acceptance of yourself.

Together, we'll move from understanding and honouring this transition to reconnecting with your inner wisdom, reclaiming your power, and embracing the possibilities of this next chapter.

An invitation to come home to yourself, reconnect with what truly matters, and rise into the woman you are becoming.

Dear New Day

By Sandra Buckingham

Dear New Day is a journey that is a reminder to be grateful for each new day. That there is always something to be thankful for. From the moment you awake to the end of the day, when all decisions have been made and there is no turning back, you know that you shined your light. That you made a difference. That you opened your heart to beauty. You did not let this day pass you by in a quest for a perfect tomorrow and recognized the blessings and lessons that were presented to you.

Please see accompanying affirmations that can be read before or after each meditation to reinforce your journey experience.

A Journey for the Broken-Hearted

By Alicia Mott-Comitto

Need a good cry?

Sometimes a broken heart doesn't need fixing. It just needs to be felt.

Whether you're grieving a love that's gone, missing someone you once held close, or simply feeling the ache of loneliness, this journey is for you.

Through heartfelt poetry, melancholy piano music, and a gentle meditation, you're invited to let the tears fall, sit with your memories, and make room for whatever your heart is holding.

The intent here isn't to be strong or to move on. Just feel. ❤️

Forest Wisdom

Forest Wisdom

By William Redfield

This journey—through a somewhat circuitous route—will take us into the depths of the Forest. Here we will find a Wisdom teaching for our time. More than the beauty and grace of individual trees, we will come to appreciate the interconnection of all the trees in the Forest. The paradigm shift that is in the process of taking hold in forest research in particular, and in biological understandings in general, relates to the truth that, rather than vying with each other and in constant competition, all of the various elements of nature make up a coherent whole whose work it is, beyond just individual survival, to sustain the health and wellbeing of the whole, of Gaia.

Windows of Wisdom

Windows of Wisdom

By William Redfield

This program journey, “Windows of Wisdom” will bring us to a fuller understanding of Wisdom as an active force in our lives. It will serve both as an introduction to anyone who is relatively new to Wisdom and its transformation and as well as a review for those who have been on this path for some time.

In this journey I continue to plow the field of Wisdom’s transformation. Not only will we continue to address such questions as, “what does this transformation look like?” and “how specifically do I more fully and deeply live into it?”—but also, “how can I assist and support others in their own Wisdom transformation?” More than adding to the content of information (which would need to be run through the intellectual mind), we will be more concerned with acknowledging what participants already deeply know and integrating this more thoroughly in order to more intentionally live out of these realities.

These ten recordings—each about 25 minutes—build on each other in a progressive manner and are best received sequentially.
