Grounding
Meditations and visualisations to bring everything down to earth and to help your dreams become manifest
5 Min A Day For A Calmer, More Grounded You
With as little as just 5 min a morning, start your days feeling grounded, present & at ease.
Across 10 days, go through the journey of releasing what you’re carrying, feeling supported, noticing what is already here, choose how you meet life, making space for uncertainty, changing how you accompany yourself, loosening unnecessary control, connecting with aliveness, resting in being rather than doing and opening to possibility.
Each day offers a short 5 minute accessible practice designed to help you slow down, reconnect with your body and develop a healthier relationship with your thoughts, emotions and the experiences of daily life.
You don’t need previous meditation experience. Simply give yourself 5 quiet minutes each morning, allow yourself to arrive in your body, and discover what becomes possible when you begin your day from within.

Alchemy of Presence | Quick Mindful Pauses
Dear Friend,
This journey includes a series of quick (7-minutes or less) mindfulness meditations to support you in taking a moment of pause, however and wherever you may be. You’ll be guided to ground in this moment, awaken the senses, and come into deeper presence. There’s nothing to change, fix, or “get right” - instead, we practice meeting whatever’s here with loving awareness. All of you is welcome here, just as you are.
In just a few minutes, these practices can help you reset, settle the nervous system, anchor into the present moment, improve focus and mental clarity, and build the skill of meeting the full spectrum of experience with kind, curious awareness.
These are choice-based practices with different options for participation provided throughout. Please think of my guidance as suggestion, make any adaptations that serve you, and practice in whatever shape works best for your body. Remember that it’s natural for the mind to wander - noticing and gently returning is mindfulness itself.
May this journey support you in coming into greater presence and ease.
With Love,
Kelsea

Alchemy of Regulation | Yoga Nidras for Nervous System Support
Dear Friend,
If you’re feeling dysregulated, activated, overwhelmed, wired yet tired, or depleted - this yoga nidra journey to support the nervous system is for you. Yoga nidra (also called NSDR or non-sleep deep rest) is an easeful practice where you’re encouraged to suspend any effort and doing, and simply rest in being, just as you are. Regular practice can have profound effects on the nervous system - helping you cultivate a felt sense of safety, balance, restoration, resilience and - regulation.
Each audio experience within this series expands upon the previous one by immersing more fully into the practice of deep rest. For optimal benefits, I recommend nourishing your nervous system with the entire journey over the course of between a few days to one week (if possible). If that timing doesn’t work for you - know that a single yoga nidra practice can shift the nervous system from the sympathetic (fight/flight/freeze/fawn) state to the parasympathetic (rest/digest) state.
Please think of my guidance as suggestion, make any adaptations that serve you, and practice in whatever supported position feels best. If you drift off to sleep - that’s likely the exact restful medicine you need - know that you are still receiving all the benefits of the practice.
May this journey soothe and support you.
With Love,
Kelsea

Forest Wisdom
This journey—through a somewhat circuitous route—will take us into the depths of the Forest. Here we will find a Wisdom teaching for our time. More than the beauty and grace of individual trees, we will come to appreciate the interconnection of all the trees in the Forest. The paradigm shift that is in the process of taking hold in forest research in particular, and in biological understandings in general, relates to the truth that, rather than vying with each other and in constant competition, all of the various elements of nature make up a coherent whole whose work it is, beyond just individual survival, to sustain the health and wellbeing of the whole, of Gaia.

Chakras for Beginners
Curious about chakras but not sure where to begin? This introductory class offers a simple, approachable exploration of the seven main chakras—what they are, where they are located, what each one represents, and how they can relate to our physical, emotional, and energetic well-being.
We’ll explore what it means for a chakra to feel balanced or out of balance and learn practical ways to support and restore balance through practices such as movement, intention, crystals, sound, color, and other supportive tools. You’ll leave with a better understanding of each chakra and simple practices you can incorporate into your everyday life.
The class concludes with a relaxing guided chakra-balancing meditation, allowing you to experience the concepts we’ve explored and bring awareness and intention to each of the seven chakras.

Growing the Forest
Discovering the Strength of Connection, Belonging, and Shared Growth
A tree may appear to stand alone, but beneath the surface, its roots are connected to a living community that shares nourishment, strength, and support.
In Phase Four, Growing the Forest, the journey expands beyond personal transformation into connection with others. Having planted the seed, learned to walk the path, and begun embodying the strength and wisdom of the tree, you are now invited to discover what becomes possible when you no longer feel that you must grow or move beyond pain alone.
Through reflections on belonging, shared roots, compassionate presence, and collective wisdom, this phase will help you recognize both the support available to you and the quiet strength you offer others. You will explore how your experiences can create understanding, how your presence can become a place of safety, and how healing can deepen when it is held within connection.
Growing the Forest is a reminder that transformation does not end with the individual. As one woman grows stronger, she creates space for another to rise. Together, our roots deepen, our branches reach farther, and we become part of something greater than ourselves.
We grow stronger together.

Grounded In Safety
Come back to yourself when life, other people or your own thoughts feel overwhelming.
Grounded in Safety can be experienced as a three-part journey, or listen to a single meditations when needed.
Across these three practices, you are step by step guided to easily feel safer in your body, release overwhelm, calm a busy mind, and reconnect with your own inner clarity. You’ll explore grounding, inner safety, self-protection and boundaries in a gentle, embodied way.
This journey is for you if you find it difficult to say no, feel easily overwhelmed by other people or your surroundings, struggle with racing thoughts, or simply want to feel more calm, grounded and protected in your everyday life.
Rather than trying to think your way into safety, these practices invite you to experience it through your body, imagination and attention.
A gentle journey back to feeling safe enough to be fully yourself.
