Coming Back to Your Centre is a gentle New Reality Journey created to help you slow down, breathe, and reconnect with yourself. Through a simple breathing practice, gentle reflections, and two original Soul Rocker songs, you'll discover simple ways to return to your centre in everyday life.

You are welcome to return to this journey whenever life feels busy, overwhelming, or whenever you simply need a few moments of peace. Each time you listen, your experience may be different.

An optional companion artwork is also available if you'd like to colour, doodle, or quietly create as you listen, allowing creativity to become another gentle pathway back to your centre.

Songs Finding Their Voices

Breathless & Becoming is a collection of original lyrics written by a man who sees the world through a songwriter's eyes. A poet is but songwriter in a different hat. Each song begins with words on a page, always handwritten, then crosses into unfamiliar territory as it is transcribed into a tool powered by Generative AI to explore melody, voice, rhythm, arrangement, and sound. The voices are synthetic, and the melodies always arrive through deep collaboration with machine learning. The stories, emotions, questions, and words originate from one man's lived human experience.

This is not a finished inspiration for an EP or record. It is more like a living songbook: to see what the words could become someday. Some artist will someday whisper these alive. Some hearts will ache when listened to someday.

Breathless & Becoming documents an apprenticeship in real time. It explores what emerges possible when someone who has spent years writing poetry and lyrics can suddenly trace the phantom echoes of imagined melody brought close enough to touch. Note: AI will never substitute the songwriter and instead sits as an instrument in the box of those at our feet. Perhaps for discovery or inspiration or a way of shortening the distance between imagination and audition. Always in hope that the lyric written in silence finds its way home to a harmony and eventually human worthy of singing it and adopting it.

More than an album, Wisdom of the Rose is an invitation to journey with one of nature's greatest teachers.

For centuries, the rose has been a symbol of love, beauty, courage, compassion, transformation and the unfolding journey of the soul. Like the petals of a rose, its wisdom reveals itself gently, one layer at a time.

Inspired by a life-changing experience walking the ancient labyrinth at Chartres Cathedral in France, these songs explore love, truth, courage, surrender, grief and the quiet wisdom that lives within us all.

Each song carries its own unique gift, inviting you to pause, listen deeply, and reconnect with the wisdom already living within you.

In this journey, I'll share a little of the story behind the album before inviting you to simply relax, and receive the music. There is nothing you need to do and no right or wrong way to listen. Just allow each song to meet you exactly where you are.

I wonder what gifts the Rose has for you today?

This musical medicine journey is an invitation to return to the healing wisdom of nature. The song of wooden flutes weaves with harmonium, melodica, voice, drums, and ukulele, responding to the landscape and the dreams that draw us deeper into the medicine of the land. Breathing in and out the songs of Earth, Water, Fire, and Air, this journey invites us to listen with full presence and hold gentle space within for each unfolding moment.

What is asking to be expressed through you?

I Have a Voice is a song that was born from my own frustration of knowing I had songs and stories to share, while not always knowing how to bring them into the world.

In this three-part experience, I share some of the story behind the song and the meaning within its lyrics, before inviting you into an original shamanic journey that came through during one of my live gatherings.

Through music, imagery and reflection, you’ll be invited to explore your own voice, your own song, and what you may be here to create, offer or share — even if you don’t yet know how.

The journey concludes with the fully produced studio recording of I Have a Voice.

Come exactly as you are. You don’t need to have the answers. Perhaps you simply need somewhere to begin.

The Sound Of The Seasons is an evolving collection of songs set to poetry—mostly by classic poets—inspired by the natural world and the changing character of each season.

Woven between the songs are instrumental flute pieces, accompanied by brief haiku-like reflections. These intimate musical sketches respond to particular places, moments and encounters with nature. The melodies are offered as quiet observations—sometimes spacious and meditative, sometimes shaped by birdsong, weather, light and movement.

Each flute sketch is paired with a small poem: a few carefully chosen words intended to open a space for listening and imagination. Together, the songs, music and poetry form a gentle seasonal journey through landscape, memory and the living world.

I am a Norwegian woman, living in Norway, my first language is Norwegian. I wanted to share with you, my poems , a few of them, spoken and sung in my language, and aiming at gifting you an experience foreign to your everyday life, if you´re not Norwegian that is!

These six poems are accompained by my music, also channelled . They are melodies and ambience and a message for your Soul from My Soul.

The message is this:

Live your Life to the fullest just because you are you!

There are no written lyrics to these, as they are channelled, and some of the poems are mantras, ciruclar poems. The aim for this journey is that the important thing is not to hear exactly every word, but rather feel the energy of them. Energy is everything and everything is energy. All are connected, connection is everything. Mitakoye oiyasin.

The art illustrating the days of this journey is a watercolour I channelled in 2017. It has no name, and so I leave it to you to find the meaning. As in all the art coming through me.
