Sitar Tabla - Second Wind Binaural Beats
A driving tabla-and-sitar rhythm, with a subtle tone underneath to help you get your energy back. This track uses a driving tabla rhythm layered with sitar, energetic enough to carry sustained focus, paired with a tone designed to ease your mind into a livelier, more alert state. It's built for a 31-minute working block, with a 4-minute lead-in so your mind has time to ramp up rather than being dropped straight into it — research suggests binaural beats may be more useful when the listening starts before the task rather than during it.
A quick note on how to use it: press play when you're ready to start picking your energy back up, not partway through — the opening minutes are where the shift happens, so starting from the beginning matters. It works best with headphones, since the effect depends on each ear hearing a very slightly different tone, but for people who find headphones uncomfortable, there are a couple of variants that might help.
For the curious: this is a 20 Hz beta binaural beat on a 420 Hz carrier tone. It opens at 12 Hz and glides up to 20 Hz over the first 4 minutes, then holds there until the final 2 minutes, when it glides back down to 14 Hz so the track doesn't leave you at the target rate once it ends.

Temple Breeze
Enter a sacred space where incense rises, temple bells drift through the air, and a gentle breeze carries the sweet fragrance of nag champa through the stillness.
Temple Breeze begins with a short visual meditation—an invitation to cross the threshold, slow your pace, and enter the atmosphere of the temple. From there, the Journey opens into a two-hour ambient soundscape designed for rest, meditation, reflection, or simply being present.
There is nowhere to arrive, and nothing to accomplish.
Only smoke moving through light, bells sounding in the distance, and the quiet breath of the temple around you.

Modi Increati
Melodies I hear in the ether that tug at me and make me follow them with a humming or a whistling, usually near a body of water or standing in moving water. These melodies are not meant to be restrained with words or constrained by grammar but instead set free within the moments of being present and in our bodies. This is a collection of the melodies uncreated on their way to somewhere beyond.

Chakras for Beginners
Curious about chakras but not sure where to begin? This introductory class offers a simple, approachable exploration of the seven main chakras—what they are, where they are located, what each one represents, and how they can relate to our physical, emotional, and energetic well-being.
We’ll explore what it means for a chakra to feel balanced or out of balance and learn practical ways to support and restore balance through practices such as movement, intention, crystals, sound, color, and other supportive tools. You’ll leave with a better understanding of each chakra and simple practices you can incorporate into your everyday life.
The class concludes with a relaxing guided chakra-balancing meditation, allowing you to experience the concepts we’ve explored and bring awareness and intention to each of the seven chakras.
